    Format
    Roundtable
    Duration (minutes): 60
Format description: The roundtable format for a sixty minute session is the most effective layout for fostering an inclusive, interactive, and solution-driven discussion. This setup encourages open dialogue among participants, allowing for diverse perspectives and active engagement rather than passive listening. Given the complexity of digital inclusion and youth-led advocacy, a roundtable format ensures that all voices whether from policymakers, youth leaders, or civil society representatives are heard equally. It creates a collaborative space where participants can exchange ideas, challenge viewpoints, and explore innovative solutions in real time. The 60-minute duration strikes the right balance between depth and engagement. It allows for brief expert insights while dedicating significant time to dynamic discussions and contributions from attendees. This ensures a focused yet participatory session, leading to concrete takeaways, policy recommendations, and potential collaborations beyond the event.

Hybrid Format: To ensure a truly inclusive and interactive hybrid session I will design the discussion to foster seamless engagement between **onsite and online participants through a structured yet dynamic approach. To facilitate interaction, I will ensure that both onsite and online speakers have equal speaking opportunities, with my dedicated moderation and managing interventions from both audiences. A live chat feature will allow online participants to submit questions and comments in real time, which will be actively incorporated into the discussion. For an engaging experience, the session will use interactive digital tools, such as Mentimeter or Slido, to conduct live polls, Q&A segments, and real-time idea-sharing. Additionally, I will encourage participants to use a shared digital whiteboard (e.g., Miro or Padlet) for collaborative input, ensuring that insights from all attendees are captured.By integrating these elements, I will create a meaningful and accessible hybrid experience that ensures equal participation and engagement.
