1. Send us your presentation before the meeting, please name it in this manner : Panellist name, workshop name. You can send your presentation to [email protected]
2. Entering the virtual room: Be ready 30 minutes before the session starts, if you cannot please test your microphone and video here http://www.webex.com/test-meeting.html
3. We will send you an email before the session with all the relevant information for entering the WebEX room, but if you do not receive the email on time, please go to the remote participation schedule, find your session and click on participate remotely.
4. In the WebEX chat box, tell the remote moderator that you will be presenting remotely.
5. When it is your turn to speak you will be given the microphone.
6. Make sure everyone can hear you including the transcribers. Speak at a medium pace, and from time to time have a glance at the transcription to check if transcription is still in process.
7. To avoid any problem, you can record a video of yourself and your presentation and send it to us. If for any reason you cannot participate remotely we can play the video for the participants.
